We update RevReply regularly to help you optimize for every possible conversion and ensure no opportunity is left behind.
This week's release included smarter scheduling, deeper integrations, and major upgrades to objection handling and delegation.
Here is what’s new:
- Smart Scheduling with real-time availability (better meeting time suggestions based on what’s actually open)
- Calendar scanning to detect when a prospect is already bookedBooking link upgrades via Calendly (native links + improved “written-form” booking links you can drop into replies)
- Auto-send calendar invites (toggle) when a prospect confirms a meeting time
- New integrations: Make.com and Zoom
- Response ai summaries now show in-app and in Slack for faster triage
- Do Not Contact list (CSV upload) to stop follow-ups/responses to specific leads. Can also be used as a conversion list for ensure my outreach stops once user hits the conversion points outside of getting a meeting on the calendar.
- New UI for “No Thanks / Not Interested” (templated + dynamic options in one place).

- Automated reply detection (OOO/autoresponders are recognized and labeled as Automatic Reply)
- Toggle to respond (or not) to automated replies / out-of-office
